Melisa’s Mountain and Vineyard Maternity Session

Dressing up is one of my favorite things to do, even though in the last year that hasn’t happened very much. When Melisa started sending me dress ideas for her maternity session I was so excited for this day to come!  A good flowy dress not only brings some life to images and gives you something to look forward to, if you also like dressing up!

At the end of a pregnancy there’s usually a lot of tired feelings and readiness to meet the new little person in your family so it’s easy to not want pictures.  However, a couple months after that baby comes it’s so great to look back and remember what it was like when they were in that stage.  I loved meeting this adorable family and they were so easy to work with.  Big brother was beyond happy to announce that he was gaining a brother and I’m sure he will enjoy his new role.  Melisa chose the perfect dress for some epic shots, even though there was a crazy storm that popped up minutes after we finished!
