Letty & Marc’s Fall Mountain Engagement Session

Fall is one of my favorite times to do sessions because of the immense amount of options with color.  There are ample colorful landscapes of course, but there is also enough green to still use and more neutral shades in fields as well.  I first met Letty and Marc during their session for their engagement and immediately realized how enjoyable my time would be with them.  Since their wedding is also in the fall time frame this setting fit perfectly.  With a mixture of classic and casual, as well as dressy and bright, this session basically has it all.

Seeing how much they genuinely love each other and enjoy being together was easy.  An engagement session is one of the best ways to prepare for gorgeous wedding portrait time because it gets all the nerves out of the way.  And because you’ve already been with me and my camera it seems to make such a difference in the amount of time it takes to feel comfortable on the wedding day.  There’s enough going on to take your attention on that day so I like to think of the engagement session as practice for the big day.
